Report an outdated or inaccurate detail

Identify the exact sentence, table row or field, explain what needs attention and link to the current official or first-party source. A form edition, agency instruction and a provider's service description are different kinds of information, so tell us which one you are reporting. The correction tool can prepare a message with page context in your email application.

Accessibility and technical feedback

Tell us which page and feature you were using, what happened and which browser or assistive technology was involved if you are comfortable sharing that detail. Describe the issue in text instead of sending an image containing personal records. This helps locate a keyboard, reading, layout or interaction problem.

Privacy and permissions

For a question about correspondence, information handling or reuse of original material, include enough context to identify the request. The Privacy Notice explains the current search, checklists and email workflow; the Terms of Use explain personal use and attribution.

Keep your personal case information private

Please do not send immigration files, identity documents, case numbers, passwords or private medical and financial information. The editorial mailbox is not a legal intake service, an agency filing channel or a way to change an appointment or deadline. For an individual legal matter, use a qualified attorney or authorized representative and the responsible agency's official process.
