Document translation for civil, academic and immigration records
Eagle Translate’s service menu covers birth and marriage certificates, diplomas and transcripts, immigration records, court and legal documents, passports and identity documents, and police or background records. Identify the document’s issuing authority and the institution receiving it so the order describes the actual use. Include reverse-side entries, stamps, handwritten notes and attached pages in the source inventory rather than sending only the most prominent page.
Choose the plan by the certificate required
The provider publishes Standard, Certified and Premium document plans. Certified and Premium include a signed certificate of accuracy. Standard excludes that certificate, so the difference is part of the deliverable rather than simply a different production estimate. The homepage also describes priority certified translation and professional translation. Match the service to the recipient’s written instruction, keeping language translation separate from a credential evaluation or an authentication request.
Published rates and production estimates
Published service information checked October 25, 2026 is shown below. The services page lists Standard at $19.95 per billed page with an estimated 3 to 5 business days, Certified at $24.95 with an estimated 2 to 3 business days, and Premium at $39.95 with an estimated 1 to 2 business days. These are the provider’s published production estimates. Use the current quote and order terms when planning a handoff, and keep production, requested corrections and any later submission deadline as separate steps.
How page and word counts affect the quote
The services page describes a PDF page as covering up to 250 words and bills using whichever is higher: the page count or its word-based equivalent. A dense page therefore needs more attention than its physical page count suggests. Send the complete source, including attachments and both sides where they contain text. The provider asks customers with more than 50 pages to contact it for a quote. Keep the final quoted quantity and deliverables with the source inventory. The language page specifies a page-only basis for Chinese rather than a word count.
Check the source and destination language
Eagle Translate publishes 58 language pairs. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Turkish are offered in every direction between those eight languages; Chinese and Arabic are offered into English. A language name alone does not identify the requested direction. State which language the original uses and which language the recipient needs, particularly when a record combines printed labels, handwriting or stamps in more than one language. Ask that the quote identify coverage of every language present in the supplied record.
From upload to a certified digital file
The published workflow runs from document upload and quote to professional translation, accuracy review and certification, then digital delivery through the customer account. Before uploading, prepare readable files and a short note identifying the recipient and required deliverable. After delivery, compare names, dates, identifiers and source coverage, and keep the certificate with the translated pages. For a diploma or transcript, retain the original-language record as well; translation communicates its text while the recipient decides whether a separate academic evaluation is needed.
ATA corporate membership and the responsible translator
Eagle Translate publishes its ATA Corporate Member affiliation and member number 199762. The American Translators Association’s own directory includes an Eagle Translate Company listing. Corporate membership is held in a company’s name; an individual ATA certification is a separate credential for a particular language pair and direction. Eagle’s About page describes a qualified professional translator signing the accuracy certificate after translation or review. Keep the named signer and the company affiliation identifiable in the delivered package.
Reader codes for cost support and urgent delivery
FREERUSH offers the reader-program delivery of Premium certified translation in under 24 hours. This reader-program delivery differs from the general Premium estimate of 1 to 2 business days shown in the service menu. The published promotion prices Premium at $24.95 per billed page instead of $39.95 through December 31, 2026, with one code per order. SUPPORT25 is the separate discount code reserved for Immigrant Insider readers, with no expiration date or usage limit. Confirm the selected plan, code, total and delivery deadline in the order before payment.
